How does Audivos work?

You share your story and select a style. We transform your details into a fully personalized, studio-quality song and deliver it digitally, generally within 24 hours.

What should I include in the Genre box?

This will give us the specific Genre of music you are looking for. It can be one specific Genre, or you can provide as much detail as you want in an effort get to your perfect song. Sometimes we get requests for a country song, but with some hip-hop or reggae type beats or stabs mixed in. This box can be one Genre specifically, or multiple or a good explanation. You convey your vision and we will do our best to make it happen.

What should I write in the Detailed Song Information box?

You can include whatever details you would like. This is to give us a good direction of what you want the song to be. Take some time to think out exaclty how you want us to create the song and your vibe. You can include as much info as you want and we will take the time to make sure everything is well thought out, and we get your final song perfect.

What do I include in the Lyrics Guidance box?

This section is to get more specific, if you would like to include them. This will help us shape the lyrics of the song, to tell your story. If you Include names, that are not common names, please also think about typing them how they are pronounced, so that we can sing it correctly. We will do our best with this part, as it can be tricky. You can include, relationships, the occasion, key memories, places, and the vibe you want. The more detail you share, the more personal your song will feel.

How long does it take to receive my song?

Most orders are delivered within 24 hours after you submit your details. Timing may vary based on volume and complexity.

How will I receive my song?

You’ll receive an email with a link to your delivery or an MP3 & Video download. You can access this link at anytime from your email. Try not to delete the email, or bookmark your link once you receive. If you cannot find your email. Check your junk folders, or reach out to us orders@audivos.com and we will assist you in resending.

Can I request changes?

Because each song is custom-made, revisions are limited. If something is clearly incorrect, contact support and we’ll review options to fix it. We think you will be happy with the final product, as long as you give us as much information as possible. Take some time to give us as many details on the direction and your guidance. If you are still unhappy with the final result, we will work with you on a solution. We want you to be happy in the end!

Can I send this as a gift?

Yes. You can forward the delivery email or include recipient details if gifting options are available at checkout. You can also download and share accordingly. We encourage you to tag us on our social media channels if you share on social media :).

Do you offer refunds?

Audivos creates custom digital products. Refunds are handled case-by-case if an order cannot be fulfilled or there is a technical issue. Please contact us and we will work with you!
