Audivos creates custom digital products. Refunds are handled case-by-case if an order cannot be fulfilled or there is a technical issue. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your song and we will work with you!

To start a refund request, you can contact us at support@audivos.com. 
If your refund is accepted, we’ll respond within 2-3 business days. 

Unhappy?
Because each song is custom-made, revisions are limited. If something is clearly incorrect, contact support and we’ll review options to fix it. We think you will be happy with the final product, as long as you give us as much information as possible. Take some time to give us as many details on the direction and your guidance. If you are still unhappy with the final result, we will work with you on a solution. We want you to be happy in the end!
