Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Audivos is operated by FiveX Collective LLC ("Audivos", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use audivos.com and order a custom song, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you create a song, you give us:
- Your name and email address, so we can deliver your song and contact you about your order.
- Your song brief: the recipient's name or names, the occasion, the musical direction and vocal preference, the story you tell us, and anything you ask us to include or avoid. A brief can contain personal details about you and about other people, such as the person the song is for.
- Your choices: your acknowledgement that we will use your brief to create your song, whether you want to receive Audivos news and offers, and, before you pay, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, live in the United States and agree to our Terms of Service. We record each choice with the version of the wording you saw and the time you made it.
Information about other people in your brief
Please share only details you are comfortable sharing and that the people involved would be comfortable with. We use them only to create your song. If your story includes sensitive details, such as someone's health or a death in a memorial song, include only what the song needs.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe checkout page. Stripe collects your card or other payment details, and may collect a billing address, under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive and keep payment records from Stripe: the payment status, amount, currency, time of payment and Stripe's reference numbers.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use a small number of first-party cookies. We do not currently use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking on the site.
- A "resume your order" cookie, so you can come back to an order you started in the same browser. It lasts 7 days.
- A referral cookie, if you arrive through a link from one of our affiliate partners. It stores the partner's referral code, when you arrived, the page you landed on and the website that sent you (the site's domain only). It lasts 30 days so the partner can be credited if you order.
- A campaign cookie (planned, not yet in use), if you arrive through one of our ads or a tagged link (for example in an email or a social media post). It would store the campaign details in that link (such as the source, medium and campaign name, and the click identifier Google or Meta adds to ad links), when you arrived, the page you landed on and the website that sent you (the site's domain only). It would last 30 days and be used only to tell which of our campaigns lead to orders; it would not be sent to advertising platforms. If you start an order, these details would be kept with it, and the click identifier removed with the rest of an unpaid order's details. It would not be set if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We will update this policy before we start using it.
- Before we add any analytics or advertising tool, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. We will never send your story, lyrics or song details to advertising platforms.
How we use your information
- To create your song from your brief and deliver it to you.
- To take payment and keep records of your order.
- To send you emails about your order, including the email with your private song link.
- To answer your questions and handle corrections, replacement song links and refunds that apply under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- To credit an affiliate partner who referred you, if any.
- To prevent abuse of the site (for example, limiting repeated requests from one network address; these limits are kept briefly in memory and not stored).
- To send you Audivos news and offers, only if you asked to receive them (see Marketing emails).
How songs are made
Audivos combines AI-assisted music production with human creative direction to create personalized songs based on your story.
We produce the music and vocals of your song with Suno, an AI music service. To do that, we give it the song's lyrics and musical style, which we write from your brief and which can include names and details from your story. We do not give it your email address or payment details.
If we use our AI lyric-drafting tool for your song, the details of your brief (not your email address or payment details) are sent to OpenAI to help draft the lyrics.
These providers process this information under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and which may allow them to keep or use it.
Service providers we share information with
We share information only as needed to run Audivos, with providers that process it for us:
- Stripe (payments).
- Resend (order and delivery emails, including your email address, name and song link). Resend is used only for these transactional emails.
- Cloudflare R2 (private storage of finished song files).
- Railway (hosting of the website and its database, which holds your order and brief; its request logs can include your network address and the pages you visit).
- Google Workspace (our email, and encrypted backups of our database and song files, which are encrypted before they leave our systems).
- AI service providers that help produce songs (see How songs are made).
- Our affiliate platform, GoAffPro, only for orders that came through a referral: we send our order reference and number, the amount, currency, date and the referral code. We do not send your name, email address or song brief.
- Our email marketing provider (currently Omnisend), only if you agreed to receive news and offers.
Marketing emails
Marketing emails are optional. The sign-up box is unchecked unless you tick it, and you do not need it to receive your song or emails about your order.
We send news and offers only if you agreed to receive them, and we keep a record of that choice. Marketing emails are sent through our email marketing provider (currently Omnisend), not through our order emails. For now we add new subscribers to Omnisend by hand, and before each transfer we leave out anyone who has unsubscribed or asked us to stop. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.
Reviews
If you submitted a review for publication on our previous store, we may show it on our website. We show only the rating, the review text, its date, and your first name and last initial. Email us if you would like your review removed.
Orders from our previous store
If you ordered from Audivos before our current website, we keep the records from our previous store (your order, payment amounts, contact details and delivered song) for customer support, for accounting, and to send your song to you again once we have confirmed that you placed the order.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not publish your song, your brief or your name, and we do not use them in our marketing or as a sample unless you give us your explicit permission for that song.
- We do not deliberately reuse your personal story, the names in it or your custom lyrics for another customer's song.
- We do not put your story in web addresses, payment records or analytics, and we never send it to advertising platforms.
How long we keep information
- Unpaid orders: if you start an order and do not pay, we keep its details so you can come back to it, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Your name and email address from an order you never paid for are removed after 12 months without activity, unless you agreed to receive news and offers.
- Your song: We keep your song available for at least 12 months after delivery. Please download your MP3 right away so you have your own copy. If you need a new link, contact us and we’ll send a replacement.
- Paid orders: once 12 months have passed since your latest song or correction was delivered, we may remove your song files, the creative details of your brief and our working drafts. We keep the order and payment records described below.
- Order, payment and related contact records needed for accounting and tax are kept for seven years.
- Records of your marketing choices are kept while you are subscribed and afterwards for as long as we may need to show what you agreed to.
- Encrypted backups can hold copies of this information for a limited period (usually up to about four months) after it is removed from our main systems, and some song files are protected against deletion for a limited period. Copies in backups or under that protection are removed when the period ends.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at support@audivos.com. We handle each request by hand. To protect your information, we first confirm that the request comes from you, usually by asking you to write from the email address you used for your order. We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.
When we delete your information, we stop marketing emails and disable your song link as part of handling your request. For an order you never paid for, we delete its details. For a paid order, we keep the records the law requires us to keep (such as order and payment records for accounting and tax) and remove the creative details and song files; copies in backups or under a temporary deletion lock are removed when that period ends. We keep a record of each request.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, such as the right to appeal our answer to a request. Email us to use them. We do not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Security
Song links are private links that are hard to guess, finished songs are stored privately, and access to orders is limited to Audivos staff. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure.
Children
You must be 18 or older to buy a song, and you confirm this before you pay. If you are under 18, please do not use the order form or send us information yourself.
Songs are often for or about children, so a brief may include a child's name and details. These are provided by the adult placing the order and used only to create the song.
Audivos is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it as described in Your choices and rights.
Changes and contact
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Email us at support@audivos.com.
