Terms of Service

Audivos creates custom, commissioned songs. You describe the person, the story and the sound you want, and we create an original song from your brief. Each order is for one song, delivered digitally as an MP3 file. Nothing is shipped.

You must be 18 or older to buy a song from Audivos. Before you pay, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you live in the United States, and that you agree to these terms and have read our Privacy Policy. Adults may order songs for or about a child.

Audivos currently sells songs only to customers in the United States, with a billing address there. We may refuse or refund an order placed from anywhere else.

The price is $49 (US dollars) per song, or $44.10 with a valid affiliate code (10% off), paid in full at checkout through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: we do not add sales tax or other charges.

Your order is confirmed only when Stripe confirms the payment.

• You are responsible for the information you give us. It must be accurate and you must have the right to share it, including details about other people.
• Do not ask for content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights (for example, copying another artist's lyrics or melody).
• We may decline an order we cannot fulfill. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we refund it in full.
• After you pay, the brief you paid for is locked. If you change it later, we will review the change before creating your song.

Audivos combines AI-assisted music production with human creative direction to create personalized songs based on your story.

We produce the music and vocals with Suno, an AI music service, and we may use AI tools to help draft lyrics. Our team directs, reviews and selects the result.

Because AI tools are involved, parts of a song may not be protected by copyright, and similar music could be generated for someone else. Our use of these services is subject to their terms.

Every song is an original creative work. We follow your brief and musical direction, but the lyrics, melody, arrangement, vocals and production are our creative choices, and the result may not match exactly what you imagined.

If we made a factual mistake (for example, a name or detail from your brief is wrong), we correct it at no charge. Requests for other changes, such as a different style or wording, are reviewed individually. We do not offer unlimited revisions, and a preference for a different creative result is not a reason for a refund.

We deliver a corrected song as a new private link by email. Your earlier link then stops working, so please download the corrected MP3.

Most songs are delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. During holidays, busy periods or unexpected circumstances, please allow up to 72 hours. Timing starts after your payment succeeds. These times are estimates, not deadlines. If your song will take longer than 72 hours, we’ll email you with an updated estimate.

If we cannot deliver your song at all, we refund your order in full. You also keep any other remedies the law gives you for late or failed delivery.

We email you a private link where you can listen and download the MP3. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you want to hear your song.

We keep your song available for at least 12 months after delivery. Please download your MP3 right away so you have your own copy. If you need a new link, contact us and we’ll send a replacement.

We send a new or replacement link only to the email address used for the order. If you ask us to use a different address, we first confirm that you placed the order. A new link replaces the earlier one.

To the extent of the rights Audivos holds, buying a song gives you a nonexclusive, ongoing license to use it for personal, noncommercial purposes: you may listen to it, download and keep a copy, share it with family and friends, play it at celebrations and events, and post it on your personal, non-commercial social media.

Commercial use is not included. The license does not allow commercial distribution, resale, advertising or earning money from the song (for example through streaming services or monetized channels), and we do not currently offer commercial licenses.

Buying a song does not transfer copyright ownership to you, and it does not make the song exclusive to you. We do not promise that a song is protected by copyright.

We do not use your song, your brief or your name in our marketing, on our website or as a sample unless you give us your explicit permission for that song.

We do not deliberately reuse your personal story, the names in it or your custom lyrics for another customer's song.

All sales are final once your payment succeeds, including before production begins. We correct factual mistakes on our part at no charge, review other change requests individually, and refund orders we cannot fulfill and verified unintended duplicate charges. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.

The full rules are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

We may pause new orders at any time, for example for maintenance. Orders that are already paid are still completed. We do our best to keep the site and song links working, but we cannot promise they will always be available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, without taking away any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live.

These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to take part in a class action.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. Email us at support@audivos.com.
